Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members* of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG, 16^th Floor, 100 King Street West, 1 First Canadian Place on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m for the purpose of:

• Receiving and considering the Annual Report and Financial Statement of the year ended December 31, 2017 and the report of the auditors thereon;
• Electing directors to the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto;
• Appointing auditors for 2018;
• Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

*All volunteer Bigs are members of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto
